I bought some textured soy bean protein from my local Asian food market but the nutrition fact on it seem off. They have the protein count at 0g. Is that right?

I would expect protein in a product like this to be between 50% and 80%.

Does that sticker peel off? It’s probably just trying to help people know what they’re buying, so they often have mistranslations or inaccuracies.
