I made a post before asking here if anybody has tried Mauro Provisions giardiniera and the replies were positive. I mentioned there that I tried it but I thought it deserves its own post.
I went with medium because Pete's didn't have hot but I'm glad I went with this one because the heat level for me was perfect. The vegetables selection and ratios were spot on and everything went so well together. Try it, you'll like it!
