A double cheeseburger | The Fat Chamois

Greetings burger lovers!

A new set of burger buns (picture #3) has landed accompanied by a tasty double cheeseburger.

Burger buns with the recipe were covered in our last post under this username.

Inside we have:

• a double beef quarterpounder, pan roasted in pancetta fat, seasoned with salt and cracked black pepper
• two slices of cheddar cheese
• four slices of pancetta (NOT AMERICAN BACON)
• slices of yellow onion
• mayonnaise
• mustard
• two thick slices of ripe tomato
