Didn't exactly write out how many cals because I meal prepped a few meals off it.
1/2 cup white rice: 100 cals
1/4 cup edamame: 45 cals
4 ish oz salmon fried with soy sauce, sriracha and honey – not sure how many cals
Carrots and broccoli – I don't count veggies calories typically.
Low cal spicy mayo: 1/2 cup light mayo, 1/2 plain Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp sriracha and some sweetener packs. Also didn't calculate the exact calories as I had just a bit, used between all the meals I prepped, and threw some out.
