Homemade buns, last picture. Oven toasted here. Recipe posted a couple of days ago under this username in case someone is interested.

• double beef quarterpounder, pan roasted in pancetta fat
• two slices of cheddar cheese
• two slices of a very ripe tomato
• thin yellow onion slices
• pancetta (the original stuff)
• mayonnaise
• mustard
• salt and cracked black pepper
