Filet @ 132f for 2 hours, 5-10min ice bath, seared on Blackstone.
Need to work on drying and getting a better crust, but the Mrs and I were blown away. One of the best steaks of my life.
Thanks to this sub for the direction.

How long was your sear per side? Because mine was cold in the middle after 10 mins ice bath and a 1 minute sear per side.
Still finding my sweetspot for the icebath. 3 mins seems just too short and 5 minutes already pushing it towards cold in the middle (depending on thickness).
But yours look amazing!

Completely edge to edge consistent doneness. Maybe a harder sear next time.

Next time, try leaving uncovered in the freezer for 10 minutes. This helps dry it out better than putting it in an ice bath.
