This is my everyday pesto sauce. I like to use it on gluten-free bread and pizza or in anything.

Recipe:
2 cups of fresh coriander or basil—2 full hands
½ cup roasted cashew or just soaked
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
¼ glass of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
½ teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons water (more if needed to help mix)
