I just got this today and only brewed two cups and it’s already this messy! I wiped some from the gray dome area pod toilet (where the pods go) with a paper towel and it’s so much lol do y’all wipe it down every time??
I was concerned because my first cup and second were not what I remembered it to be from when I had tried my friend’s Nespresso!

And how long does the crema usually last? I remember it lasing longer. To add info — this is a Vertuo Plus
This doesn’t look right, especially those top needles. My multiple year old Vertuo Plus has cleaner needles than that.
May not be getting all the way to proper speed which would keep the grounds from moving to theircorrect location, plastered against the inside of the dome, not at the top. Call Nespresso.
