The bar Victory Lap is offering this Super Bowl package to feed “10” people. I audibly started laughing when I saw this. $170?!

$17 per person, and this doesn’t include alcohol that’s extra, you get 4 wings, a handful of fries, a handful of onions rings and a handful of salad. Wow, wonder who thought this was “killer” idea.

Anyone have some good ideas on where to get food for the Super Bowl?

  1. I thibk it’s a joke to order wings at all. It takes like 5 minutes to makes wings and it’s one of the cheapest parts of the bird.

Tommy Want Wingy or Hoovers smoked wings.

Tommy is lollipop and a wife variety of flavors. The Holy Schnikes are a must and just warn people that they will melt your face. Have milk and sugar handy.

Hoovers are the full smoked wing and have a fantastic spice. Amazing to go frozen margs that pack a heavy punch.

If you really, really want chicken and/or wings from a restaurant Tumble 22 has them for much, much less than that.

  6. It’s not so terrible to get dinner for 10 for $170, but those look like chicken tenders. You could pick up a tailgate pack from Cane’s for way less to feed that many people for the tenders and fries and Caesar bagged salads and sauces from HEB.

I’m not sure I’d pay money for someone to cook me “wings”

Donkey Moe’s has great options at reasonable prices. And T22 is always a solid choice.
