Tienes muy buenas preparaciones, gran canal, sacare algunas de tu recetas para incluir en mi alimentación, muchas gracias por tus aportes.
Would you please post the ingredients list? What is brown liquid poured into white bowl before olive oil? What is the crunchy toping at the end?
What a disgrace to call it nam kao. You should call that your wet rice salad.
I first tried Nam Khao when working at a Lao Cafe, they'd make it for me without the pork but of course bc I love it so much I have to make it myself, thanks for making it vegan 😭 i've been looking for an alternative for fish sauce

Do you know any substitute for cilantro? For me it tastes like soap
Or can i skip it?
Do the recipe – that sauce is clearly not included in text annotations

Hi there, Was that soy sauce just before the lemon juice? Thank you.
That's good 😢
Is that dark liquid soy sauce?
Very good

interesting take. Although traditionally we don’t use avocado oil or cucumbers. But it’s fascinating that you baked the rice in the oven that’s something new I havn’t seen done.
