Massive mound of Japanese curry. Very satisfying and done in less than 20 minutes.
Sauté any vegetables/meat of your choice with some aromatics (garlic, ginger, onion – I used the powdered version in a rush today). Allow to brown slightly.
Add a cup or so of water and allow to the above soften for 5-10 mins depending on what you use. I used half a potato, 200gr pumpkin, green beans and a handful of spinach. Added the spinach around 5 mins after.
I also added a can of salmon for protein but would recommend tofu/chicken/fresh fish instead. Canned fish of ruined the texture for me.
Add in your Japanese curry cubes and let it melt in. I used 2 of the s&b cubes in “hot”.
And done!
