They work ‘ok’, within limits. Better to warm things up than to cook. Some Disposable bread loaf pans fit. I used to heat canned foods with one. Truckers call them ‘electric lunch boxes’, and they are sold at big chain truck stops.

So you sctually can’t cook unless the food is pre-cooked, like hot dogs? Can’t scramble or fry an egg? Bummer. You just saved me $129.00 plus tax!
