    Waaay better than my first attempt. Good salmon cuts. I assume you got pretty big hands because the shari (rice in sushi) looks pretty big. Try to get the width and length of rice ball smaller than the fish

    They look yummy, great for a first try! Try to find koshihikari rice imported from Japan, it’s a big difference in texture and taste.

    nice! I think on a bigger plate and not so bunched up would look better, but heck, I would eat all of this at once!
