  1. I never thought of this! Ty for planting a seed! It’s growing in my head now!

I fucking love Spam, but I’ve never grilled it.

That looks delicious! I think I would cut it in half lengthwise to get two nicely charred pieces.

Any sauces or seasoning? That looks amazing wow

  5. I’ve had this a bunch in The Philippines. They slice them thin like Spam fries.

I’ve never had spam but this looks fantastic

I secretly love Spam, though I’m not putting up a banner or anything.

I have never had this- that said I would if it was cooked like this!!

I’ve never gotten in to spam. Probably bought maybe 3 tins over the past 20 years. The most recent one was a couple years ago. Tried grilling slices and using it to make musubi. Oh my god that meat is very very salty.

Slice that up and throw it over some rice with an over easy egg 😍

Ooooo, this is inspiring! I’d love to make spam masubi with some grilled and/or smoked SPAM!!

I like to slice it like a blooming onion, and then another or with honey, cayenne pepper, and brown sugar before smoking it for a couple of hours. Candied spam!

That looks amazing! I’ve never tried spam before.

  14. Mods, take this down. It clearly violates rule #1!

  15. Am I the only one that thinks spam should have more surface area getting crispy? The inside of that block is just med rare salty mystery meat paste with the texture of balogna.

Grill up spam like this and check out the recipe for the bonefish grill’s bang bang shrimp recipe. I like to make the bang bang sauce and let it sit in the fridge a couple days, and let it get a little spicier. Then let it warm up to room temperature and drizzle it over grilled spam, or have grilled spam with scrambled eggs and the bang bang sauce drizzled over it. And yes, bring on the bang bang sauce puns 😂
