Sorry I didn’t get exact measurements and cooking time.
Ingredients: Pork bones, about 3 L of water, tamarind soup mix, pork shoulder, tomatoes, taro, yardlong beans, eggplant, daikon, ong choy.
1. Boil the pork bones for 30 mins 2. Add the tamarind mix, tomatoes, and pork shoulder, boil for another 30 mins 3. Add each of the remaining veggies one by one in the same order they’re listed above. Allow the water to go back to a boil between adding veggies. 4. When you get to the ong choy, turn off the heat as soon as the water comes to a simmer, cover and let rest for at least five minutes.
Note that normally this dish is swimming in broth but I haven’t added it yet in the picture above because I wanted to simmer the bones a bit longer. Plus, these containers do not keep liquids separate between compartments so the broth would have leaked to my rice.

Edit: grammar
Looks very nice and balanced
