Yeah it’s a staple for sure. Kind of the “make something basic more interesting” sauce of choice. Anything that cholula goes on, so does tapatio, and i find tapatio goes with even more because it has a more understated flavor, but they go really well *together*
Unfortunately i can get big bottles of tapatio but not of cholula
