Honestly not the worst I’ve seen here.
I can see an advantage in serving fries like this – excess oil can drip out – but it drips right onto your “plate” and from there onto the table. Your fork probably got greasy, and then your fingers.
And then there’s that crack in the cutting board – rustic and all, but probably not hygienic anymore.
