Inside vs outside skirt…can you tell by looking alone ?

Been interested in doing carne asada tacos sometime and watched Rick Bayless talk about the difference between inside and outside skirt and that outside skirt is preferable. I was at Aldi today and saw these. The one on bottom was longer and more narrow and clearly had more marbling than the one on top. These aren’t labeled inside or outside so I was wondering if you can tell just by visually looking? Thanks.
