Been seeing a lot of you with steak and eggs posts so I figured I'd get on the bandwagon and post my version. Dry Aged prime strip reverse seared served with artisan smoked salmon eggs royale. Roasted Potatoes and fruit to cover my good groups. I'll admit…steak dipped in egg yolk with hollandaise is pretty insane delicious
