So after my [previous post from the same place](https://www.reddit.com/r/FoodPorn/s/PcNqP1u90C) got surprisingly popular, I decided to share the most impressive meal I’ve had from the restaurant.
It was a year ago on Christmas Eve, and the store had an over the top “Christmas Special” combo tray that my friends and I ordered.
It consisted of the following:
A5 Wagyu smoked brisket (really helps A5 brisket costs about $12/kg [here domestically](https://imgur.com/a/CqtVLRa), or roughly 1/20th their export price).
Sausage (spicy and mild).
Pork ribs
Grilled chicken thighs
Roasted Beef (this was a one-off item for Christmas).
Dinner rolls, grilled veggies and coleslaw.
As someone who lived in Austin,TX for years and a big Texas BBQ fan, I would have to say this restaurant is better than most BBQ places I’ve been to in central Texas.
