I got a bunch of gift cards for Christmas and birthday and have been eyeing the master touch. Had to get the SnS attachment after I’ve seen all the good reviews and my old offset kicked the bucket.

Do not trust the thermometer. I would recommend buying another and placing it where the top vents are.
