Despite the shitty lemon I added extra garlic and cooked the meatballs and sauce in a cast iron pan. Put cast iron in oven during preheat to get it ready for meatballs.

Was it good? I accidentally received the card for this recipe in a box where I hadn’t ordered it, I ordered other meals. I kept the card, though, in case I ever felt like making it on my own.
