My go at a Matilda cake, for my husband’s birthday.
My frosting didn't blend all the way 😭 I was wearing my contacts when I made it, and when I went to assemble the cake I had switched to my glasses and noticed it. I wasn't about to start over. My husband liked it anyway!!

I was going to bake this cake tge day before thanksgiving but instead I tripped on the way to the store and shattered my patella (knee cap) I didn’t go to thanksgiving and the most best thing I got was pain pills. I don’t know how I would have gotten through it. The cake looks delicious
