    Corton is the most bold and powerful of the DRC line up, owing to being in the Cote de Beaune. It’s also got the biggest tannin structures which means they go for ever in the cellar, so as this is very young (these usually don’t peak for 10-15 years min), gonna need a healthy decant

    Congrats, the one pour of DRC I’ve tasted was by far the best wine I’ve ever tried. Now open it and post notes because right now this is just bottle porn.

    Wow! Must be a hell of a milestone!! Congratulations.

    I’ve drank a lot of great wine in my lifetime (including all the first growths), but never had a drc. Stuff of legends…
