I normally shallow fry tuna cubes in a pan, but thought I'd give it a go searing on a hot direct heat. Pretty tasty.

    I’ve never tried tuna on a bbq, does it pick up much smoke flavour?

    What temperature did you do these at? I have a few steaks from Costco, I did one but it just stuck to the grill grate and burnt. Having never done them before I wasn’t sure about the right heat to go for. Any tips?
