Started cooking steaks about a month ago.
Always been a well done person but I’ve been trying to go for medium-well.
This one came out beautifully in my opinion.
Had it in the oven at 285 until 125 internal, then into a pan to sear for about 1-1/2 minutes each side. Basted with garlic & unsalted butter.
Was delicious.
