..Doing what I love most and invited a ton of my friends to come enjoy it with me.

Sadly I don’t have any photos from when I first loaded the meat onto the grills. Had a hard time fitting everything as I had them each setup for indirect cooking so my grilling space was limited.
I also used expansion grill grates on 2 of the 3 Webers (not pictured).

The 3rd grill was for the “appetizers”. Sadly by the time I took this photo my guests and I had already devoured a lot of what was originally cooked there.

What’s on each grill:
• 1st grill: 4 Picañas
• 2nd grill: 2 racks of beef ribs
• 3rd grill: morcillas (blood sausages), Brazilian longanizas, Argentinan spicy sausages, and little bombon sausages.
