Mafrookeh Balls
    •    2 tablespoons ghee
    •    2 tablespoons butter
    •    1 cup coarse semolina
    •    ½ cup healthy sugar (Monk fruit sugar with erythritol )
    •    ½ cup boiling water
    •    Rose water (optional)
    •    ½ cup ground pistachios

Filling:
    •    Cream (or Qaimar) (chilled for easier handling)

For shaping:
    •    Use water or rose water on hands to make shaping the balls easier.
    •    Ground pistachios for garnish

Optional:
    •    Drizzle with syrup when serving.
