



This thing was delicious!
Pulled out of the fridge, let it come to room temp, olive oil, and the gospel rub from meat church. Smoke til 95 opened the vents, wait until 100 to toss it on the bottom grate, flipped at 111 fat cap down and pulled it off at 124/5. Let it rest to 135 and cut this baby opened and enjoyed!!
…oh yeah and the chicken turned out great as well! Lol
