It just says "2 tomato paste" and "4 beef stock concentrates". Are we talking 2 small cans of tomato paste? Cups? And what, 4 tbsp for the broth? It's been a while since I made this, and I can't remember how much came with my HF to be able to estimate what I should buy. Any ideas?

So for the broth you can either use the amount of water they say to add to the broth concentrates or just eyeball what 4 packets of concentration would be in Better Than Bouillon or some other stock concentrate.
Honestly for those ingredients it’s just eyeballing for flavor, not science. Your food will turn out even if it’s not exact.
I add whatever would make 1 c of broth/stock for each stock concentrate packet (e.g. 1 tsp of better than bouillon or 1 bouillon cube).
Tomato paste is usually 1-2 tablespoons, but you can adjust it for your taste.
The tomato paste is 1.5oz per pack, and the beef stock is 12g per pack.
I write the weights on the recipe card when they don’t tell you.
I got the Savory Choice broth packets and they are the exact same size as the HF broth packets. They taste the same too as far as I can tell.
