Make Your Own Cranberry Sauce WITHOUT Cane Sugar!..

Happy Wednesday! COMMENT “ CRANBERRY” below, and I’ll send you this delicious cranberry sauce recipe.

Can you even believe that Thanksgiving is this week?

Homemade Cranberry Sauce

INGREDIENTS

4 LB of Organic Cranberries
3/4 Cups Orange Juice
1 1/2 Cups Uncle Matt’s Immune Juice
1 Cup Maple Syrup (add less if you want it
more bitter)
1/3 Cup Honey
1 Tablespoon Fresh Ginger
2-3 Tablespoon Orange Peel

METHOD

1. In a large pot, add all your ingredients and mix well.
2. Bring your Cranberries to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer until all the berries have popped.
The mixture will thicken. The sauce is ready when the cranberries are soft and mashable.
3. Scoop sauce into a bowl and serve immediately or refrigerate for 3 days.

TIP: You can enhance the flavor of your cranberry sauce by adding walnuts at the end, cinnamon sticks while cooking, or even dried fruits like apples, pineapple, and pears. And if you’re a fan of a little extra kick, a splash of brandy or orange liqueur can take your sauce to a whole new level.

Peace, Joy, and Blessings! Pamela!
