It’s like a big quesadilla with 2 types of meat. “Al pastor” and beef fajita. Has cheese in it. About 850? I added green salsa too so another 50+ calories?

    Maybe this is overkill, but when I have a meal like this that’s hard to track (especially with cheese and oil in mind) I tend to round up to 1000 cals and just eat something low calorie like a salad or something for dinner.

    This works if you have a wide range of calories, like my current goal is 1900 but im usually several hundred under that!
