Bit early? When do folk usually make theirs?
Ah well. Only the 3rd time I've done this. Last year was Nigellas cola cola ham.
This is my own glaze, honey mustard cinnamon pineapple. It was boiled and simmered in pineapple juice for 2 hrs (it's only a dinky ham), then glazed and roasted for about half hour. Meat was very tender, went down well with crusty bread, chunk of cheese and some pickled onions.
