I was planning on making wings tomorrow, so I could let them sit in the fridge overnight,, but the family said NOW.

Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and franks red hot powder as the seasoning (with baking powder). Let sit in the fridge for about an hour.

Convection at 425 for 25 mins, flipping at 10 and 20 mins. Temped 165-170 depending on the size wing.

Sauce was Texas Pete hot sauce, way too much butter, cayenne, splash of vinegar, splash or Worcestershire, and A&P. Sauce was pretty thin because I used way too much butter. It was tasty, but thin!

It's been a while since I've made wings, but they turned out pretty darn good.

I wouldn’t blame the butter. From my count you have 4 thinners to 0 thickeners. Hell whisk some flour in with some heated butter and mix that in.

Either that or just reduce the sauce on the oven top some.
