Unsure on which flair to post this. The albondigas recipe I use came from mi Suegra (my daughter’s grandmother- her dad and I aren’t together anymore). This last time I think I could have added another chipotle and a bit more salt. I love these so much and always top with queso fresco. I didn’t have time to make homemade corn tortillas and bought some and regretted it immediately.
