Greetings pasta lovers!

Another quick lunch recipe today.

Ingredients as listed above. We also added a few chunks of a ripe fresh tomato.

Spaghettoni from Pastazara.

Pot, olive oil, roughly sliced onion/onions, sliced garlic and cubed/sliced pancetta, moderate heat, sauté without color, when the onions soften up add the tomato paste, cook the pasta in a separate pot in salted water, when the pasta is al dente, add to the sauce, add the additional fresh tomato chunks if you have them, sprinkle with grated grana padano. If too dry add a bit of pasta cooking water. Adjust for salt, black pepper and olive oil.

A very simple and delicious dish.
