This is smaller than an average slice but bigger than a small slice, the cake and icing look dense, I would estimate around 400-450 without knowing the weight as looking dense can be deceiving so it may be less

You need to weight it
I would weigh it, but probably more like 340.
500+ chocolate cakes are like that.
