A bed of fried tater tots, tossed with a large thinly-sliced onion & fresh garlic, doused in a blend of cheddar & monterey jack, dotted with jalapenos, and topped with an entire pound of thick-sliced slab bacon.
Served with avocado slices and sour cream.
My only regret is waking up as a human salt stick.
