Extra firm tofu is pressed for 45 minutes in a tofu press to expel liquid.

It is then chopped up into cubes and placed on a sandwich maker/sandwich press.

Apple cider vinegar spray on each side as rotated.

Mixed ACV with chipotle powder from sprouts bulk section, date syrup and, if you’ve ever seen what I post, you know that there is nutritional yeast on there as well.

    And freeze dried chives. I forgot about them. They are a recent addition to the seasoning collection.

    Cool idea! You can put slabs of tofu on a waffle iron too – lots of interesting ways to get different crispiness, texture, etc.
