Dad has been making this since my taste buds have had memories, and still make it for myself to this day. No one know what I'm saying when I'm making "Steve's Style". Everything is done in the cast iron under a broiler and a bunch of Maggi sauce. One of my most favorite ways to eat lean cuts of meat.

Is your dad’s…. name… Steve?
Recipe brother, hit us with it.
That’s fascinating. So it’s good then? It looks good.
I don’t know what Maggi sauce is tho…
Add: so it’s similar to a soy sauce. Huh.
I dont hate this!
Don’t know Steve or his style but the Chimay is the star here
Magi sauce is delicious so it might be worth a try
Someone misspelled steak frites in your family….and forgot to cut up the steak
Who is Steve
Dude. Recipe and process!!! We all have iron skillets and broilers.
Hold on here, did you pan fry French fries with mushrooms? That’s pretty tasty looking there. Tell Steve I don’t know what’s in his steak but it looks good.
Chimay is the best 🔥
Is your dad from New Jersey? There’s a spot called Steve’s Sizzling Steaks and they’re famous for making steaks this way, and it’s been in business forever.
I grew up with Maggie’s steak. Also maggi’s portabella steaks. Have not had chimay.
Yoo idk who tf Steve is.. but he hooked it up
Are those canned mushrooms? Also, how did you make this? Interested.
Never heard of it, but it looks awesome!
I put maggi on almost everything lol it’s terrible for you but my guilty pleasure is putting it on some salted potato chips🤤
Is this not the sauce that is used by Steve’s Sizzling Steaks in Carlstadt, NJ. It on on route 17, about a minute from Giants Stadium. One of my favorite spots.
Steve’s sizzling steaks in NJ. It’s a north jersey staple!!!!
Idk but thats a damn good beer.
Does this have anything to do with Steve’s Sizzling Steaks in Carlstadt NJ? They always have Maggi sauce, first time I had it. It’s right by Giants Stadium, my dad lived the place.
A+ for the superior crinkly fries.
You are in NJ aren’t you?
Chimay is soooo good – hopefully Steve knew that too
Respect for the Chimay
That chimey blue knock me off my feet op
No but I’ve heard of chimay. A person of taste I see
