My local cheesemonger makes a Steakhouse Onion cheese and it is incredible, extremely rich and so flavorful. I need ideas on how to cook with this. I need to do this magnificent ingredient justice and give it the respect it deserves, please give me your most unique & delicious ideas

I miss Grandpa’s Cheese Barn! It was a must stop driving down south from PA.
Buy a foccacia bread. Slice it in half sandwich style. Spread cream cheese on half and then slice and layer that cheese in there. Slap the top on and warm it in the oven. As long as you don’t burn it, heaven will come out of the oven.
