Hello everyone! I am an Hospitality student from PUP San Juan and I need your help with our research about influence of social media marketing on customers brand loyalty in selected coffee shops. I notice that many of you here goes to coffee shops. I hope you can spare a few minutes to answer this survey. I am also conducting a raffle for people who will answer this survey.
