Apologies if this has been posted before; I looked but didn't see anything.
Does anyone else have the "same driver" almost every time but the person who shows up is completely different?
I occasionally get other names but I've noticed this one the most and it's a different car and person.
That's fine, but it does seem odd to me that they offer this HF delivery now with the appearance or being able to communicate with your driver similar to DoorDash and UberEats, but you're going through a stand in identity first.
I'm not complaining, btw. It's just an observation. Today is the first time my box has been a day late through this new service and I love it so far.
