My partner just bought me a stand mixer from Costco and I’ve been baking a loooooot. And by a lot just about anything from cinnamon buns, to flaky pastries, and cookies. This is my most recent experiment. I’m trying to learn how to make these for my sister’s wedding in May as a giveaway. I’ve watched a bit of YouTube on how to decorate and definitely learned a lot. Will have to practice doing straighter lines and icing consistency. If you’ve got any tips for beginners, please let me know. Thanks!!
