Arthur ave is such a slice of heaven. Id rather go there than little italy in Manhattan.

I may get flak for this, but I hate when places construct sandwiches like this. I hate when all of the extra toppings just get relegated to the pocket on one side. I should be able to enjoy all of the toppings in any bite.

I took my wife to NYC for our 15th anniversary back in October. She was getting her hair cut and colored at this salon she loves in Manhattan, so since that was going to take a few hours, I took a Lyft ride to Arthur Avenue (my first-ever time there) and had an Italian deli adventure. I got stuff from Calabria Pork Store, Casa Della Mozzarella, Joe’s Deli, and Mike’s Deli, and I ate some there, some back in our hotel, and some even made it home to FL with me. But Arthur Avenue is Italian deli paradise. For me, it was heaven.
