    I’d call that a solid medium. That said, a nicely marbled ribeye (even if it’s thin) is peak right around medium.

    Looks great. Closer to the medium side of things, but thin steaks are tough. Would eat.

    That’s a nice looking medium. A steak that thin is pretty difficult to get a medium rare out of.

    For a thin steak like that I think you pretty much maxed the potential for it! Any rarer and you lose the crust in my experience. Looks amazing!

    Looks medium to me. But as other people have mentioned, that’s pretty normal for a steak that thin.
