In the town of Garni, we were introduced to the making of lavash,. the local Armenian flat bread. Dough made simply with flour and bread is kneaded, flattened under a rolling pin, and spun with both hands to make it as big as a pillow case, then placed in an underground hot stove oven.

That's not a lahmajoun, that's lavash ! Lahmajoun is with meat.
