This was my first time making wings at home. I wasn’t interested in firing up a pan of grease, so I dry brined them in the fridge all day and threw them on the Weber. Frying would have yielded more texture, but I’m happy with the results.

Hello fellow Moccamaster enthusiast! When grilling wings on my Weber Kettle, I’ve found high heat is a good thing. I typically toss mine in a little vegetable oil before putting them on the grill. They do get a little char but “it’s flavor” as they say.
