server: what table would you like. Customer: do you have a romantic feeling sink with a photo that looks like it from the 1920’s?

Oof. Definitely. Just lost one tonight. Best we had in a while.
My belly is still wet.

Respect the pic, but just wanted to let you know the greatest home kitchen hack I’ve ever come across. Assuming you don’t have a dishwasher, guessing you have a drying rack on the counter? When I have a setup like this, I buy some heavy duty picture frame hanging wire and either repurpose my existing drying rack or buy a specific one to then suspend from the bottom of the cabinet above the sink. Clears a ton of counter space, and I actually find it way more ergonomic. Plus you don’t have a weird water draining widget that needs to be opened and sanitized every so often, it just drips right down into the sink. Just make sure you hang it well if you have a lot of heavy ceramics, obviously.
