

Two layer double chocolate cake with espresso fudge and toasted coconut pecan filling/topping, with espresso cream cheese frosting, all from scratch!
Melted the remaining fudge filling back down to do the drizzle… overall, I’m super happy given that normally I just do a box spice cake with cream cheese frosting.
Next time I’ll probably make a better attempt to level the top so that the piping doesn’t have any high spots.. but I’m 36 weeks pregnant and this thing was an absolute bear. I was WORN OUT by the end lol.

Comment dropping the main recipe I used, but I made a few modifications, made the coconut pecan frosting from a mix of several sources, etc. Only think I really stuck to was the cake itself because ✨chemistry✨
